Reservations made for the terrace are automatically canceled, without the possibility of being relocated indoors. If you want to secure your reservation, our suggestion is to make it in the interior lounge.
If your reservation is for the first shift, you have your table for 2 hours. It will be saved 15 minutes after the time of the reservation; After this time your table will be released. Punctuality is requested.
If your reservation is for the second shift, it is the maximum occupancy time, so you may have to wait before accessing your table. You can wait at the bar until your table is ready.
NO RESERVATIONS ARE ADMITTED WITH MORE THAN 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE
LUNCH SHIFTS
First shift: with reservations at 1.00pm, 1.15pm and 1.30pm (you have 2 hours to enjoy your experience)
Second shift: with reservations at 3.30pm
DINNER SHIFTS
First shift: with reservations at 8.00pm or 8.30pm (you have 2 hours to enjoy your experience)
Second shift: with reservations at 10.30pm
SPACES
You can only see available spaces available, on the day and at the time you have chosen, in the reservation section of our website. If any of our spaces does not appear, it is due to your complete occupation.
We inform you that the prices of the blue and red private rooms, and the penthouse, have an increase of 10%.
POLICY FOR GROUPS
For reservations of more than 15 people or groups (always in compliance with the sanitary measures in force), please contact us at the email eventos@grupotrifulca.com Your request will be attended during office hours and will be confirmed in a maximum period of 24 hours.
Group and event tables are managed EXCLUSIVELY by email. Last minute or urgent modifications can be made by telephone.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
The confirmation of a reservation implies the acceptance by the client of our general conditions that include the cancellation and no-show policy contemplated in our reservation process and in the confirmation of this.
This establishment may apply a penalty for canceled reservations or No-Show that will depend on the advance notice with which the cancellation is communicated:
RECONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION

TASTING MENUS
The tasting menus are contracted per person and for complete tables.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY (ADVERSE WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE CASES)
