Before formalizing it, please read our reservation policy carefully.

Please note that the prices for the COBALTO and CARMESÍ rooms, as well as the ÁTICO room, have increased by 10% on the retail price.

IN CASE OF ADVERSE WEATHER

Reservations made for the terrace are automatically canceled, without the possibility of being relocated indoors. If you want to secure your reservation, our suggestion is to make it in the interior lounge.

SHIFTS

If your reservation is for the first shift, you have your table for 2 hours. It will be saved 15 minutes after the time of the reservation; After this time your table will be released. Punctuality is requested.

If your reservation is for the second shift, it is the maximum occupancy time, so you may have to wait before accessing your table. You can wait at the bar until your table is ready.

TERRACE NOTICE

Starting June 15, due to weather conditions and to ensure the comfort of our guests, our terrace will be closed during the day and will open at 8:30 p.m., exclusively for
dinner service.
Reservations remain available during our usual hours, but only for seating inside the restaurant.

NO RESERVATIONS ARE ADMITTED WITH MORE THAN 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE

LUNCH SHIFTS
First shift: with reservations at 1.00pm, 1.15pm and 1.30pm (you have 2 hours to enjoy your experience)
Second shift: with reservations at 3.15 pm and 3.30pm

DINNER SHIFTS
First shift: with reservations at 8.00pm, 8.15pm and 8.30pm (you have 2 hours to enjoy your experience)
Second shift: with reservations at 10.15pm and 10.30pm

RESERVATION POLICY

Each reservation will be managed individually, subject to the restaurant’s availability and capacity at the time it is confirmed. Availability shown in the system does not, under any circumstances, imply the possibility of combining or rearranging tables. For organizational and logistical reasons, the restaurant does not guarantee that tables reserved separately can be grouped together on the day of service.

Guests are kindly requested to make a single reservation for the total number of diners. If a party arrives with more guests than originally confirmed, the restaurant cannot guarantee availability or appropriate reallocation.

Furthermore, in the event of duplicate reservations made by the same guest, only the reservation made closest to the date of service will be considered valid, and any others may be automatically cancelled.

SPACES

You can only see available spaces available, on the day and at the time you have chosen, in the reservation section of our website. If any of our spaces does not appear, it is due to your complete occupation.

We inform you that the prices of the COBALTO and CARMESÍ private rooms, and the ÁTICO, have an increase of 10%.

POLICY FOR GROUPS

For reservations of more than 15 people or groups (always in compliance with the sanitary measures in force), please contact us at the email eventos@factoriaserendipia.com. Your request will be attended during office hours and will be confirmed in a maximum period of 24 hours.

Group and event tables are managed EXCLUSIVELY by email. Last minute or urgent modifications can be made by telephone.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

The confirmation of a reservation implies the acceptance by the client of our general conditions that include the cancellation and no-show policy contemplated in our reservation process and in the confirmation of this.

This establishment may apply a penalty for canceled reservations or No-Show that will depend on the advance notice with which the cancellation is communicated:

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance:
A penalty of €25 per person will be applied.
No-show:
A penalty of €40 per person will be applied.

RECONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION

TASTING MENUS

Tasting menus are reserved per person and must be booked for all diners at the table.
Available for tables of 2 to 6 people.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY (ADVERSE WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE CASES)

In those cases in which the establishment cannot provide the service with the proper guarantees and qualities due to force majeure and / or adverse weather conditions that are beyond its control and that could not be foreseen at the time of formalizing the reservation, no The cancellation conditions established in the preceding general condition will apply. Therefore reservations will be automatically canceled.

Regardless of the foregoing, the establishment undertakes to inform customers who have made a reservation of the impossibility of providing the service for the exceptional reasons indicated immediately to have knowledge of their concurrence.
